The cost of surgery depends on the procedure, surgeon, and hospital. Our all-inclusive packages cover:✔ Surgeon & hospital fees✔ Pre-op tests & anaesthesia✔ Post-op medications & garments✔ Hotel stay & airport transfers For detailed pricing information, including package inclusions and optional add-ons, visit our Pricing page Are flights included in the package? No, flights are not included in our surgery packages. Patients will need to book their own flights to Istanbul, Turkey. You can fly into either of Istanbul’s two major international airports: ✈ Istanbul Airport (IST) – The main international hub, located on the European side of the city.✈ Sabiha Gökçen Airport (SAW) – A second international airport, located on the Asian side of the city. Both airports have frequent international flights, and we provide airport transfers from either location as part of your surgery package. When do I have to pay for my surgery? To secure your booking, a 10% deposit is required. This confirms your surgery date and appointment with your chosen surgeon. The remaining balance does not need to be paid until the day of your surgery. Payment can be made at the hospital before the procedure. We believe in flexibility and transparency, ensuring you have time to prepare without the pressure of full upfront payment. 3. Travel & Accommodation Do I need a visa to travel to Turkey for surgery? Your surgery package includes accommodation at our Recovery Hotel Suites, designed specifically for post-surgery comfort and care. Can I bring someone with me for support? Yes! Many patients choose to travel with a family member or friend for support. Your companion can stay in the same hotel room free of charge, but you must inform us at the time of booking or at least two weeks before surgery. If not, extra charges may apply to accommodate last-minute arrangements. We also require a copy of their ID for registration purposes. 4. Recovery & Aftercare Will I be recovered by the time I need to fly home? Yes, we allow sufficient recovery time before you travel. Typically, patients spend one night in the hospital, followed by 6-7 nights in our Recovery Hotel Suites, ensuring you have time to heal before flying. Before your departure, you will have a final check-up with your surgeon to assess your recovery. If everything is progressing well, you will be issued a Fit to Fly document, confirming that you are medically cleared to travel. However, recovery is an ongoing process, and you will continue to heal in the comfort of your own home after returning. Our team remains available for post-op support and virtual follow-ups to assist you during this phase. How do I manage swelling and pain after surgery? Swelling and discomfort are normal parts of recovery, but there are several ways to manage them effectively: ✔ Use cold compresses as recommended to reduce swelling.✔ Sleep with your head elevated (for facial surgeries) to minimise fluid retention.✔ Take all prescribed medication as directed by your surgeon.✔ Follow your surgeon’s post-op instructions carefully for the best recovery.✔ Avoid strenuous activities until you receive medical clearance.✔ Stay hydrated and maintain a healthy diet to support healing. At our Recovery Hotel Suites, we have 24/7 nurses on-site with a dedicated nurse station. Patients can request ice packs, which can be replaced regularly to help manage swelling and provide relief. Swelling will gradually subside over the following weeks, and final results will take time to develop. If you have any concerns, our medical team is always available to assist you. Does my aftercare stop once I arrive home? No, your aftercare does not stop once you return home. We remain available for any concerns you may have during your recovery. You will be given detailed post-op instructions from your surgeon, outlining how to care for yourself and ensure a smooth healing process. However, if you have any questions or experience any issues, you can reach us at any time for support. We offer:✔ 24/7 assistance via WhatsApp and email✔ Guidance on managing recovery concerns Your recovery is important to us, and we are here to support you every step of the way.
