We assist in coordinating consultations, travel logistics, accommodation, and surgery scheduling with independent, licensed medical professionals and hospitals. We are not a hospital, clinic, or medical provider, and we do not perform medical procedures ourselves. Clear Surgery does not employ medical professionals, nor do we have direct medical oversight over any procedures or treatments. No Medical Advice All content on our website, social media, and communications (including emails, messages, and consultations) is for informational purposes only. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. Any reliance on information provided by Clear Surgery is at the patient’s discretion and should not replace professional medical consultation. Any decisions regarding surgery should be made between the patient and their chosen medical provider. We strongly recommend consulting a qualified healthcare professional before proceeding with any medical procedure. Third-Party Medical Providers Clear Surgery partners with independent surgeons and hospitals in Turkey. While we carefully select these providers, we do not control or assume responsibility for the medical services they deliver. Any concerns regarding medical care, surgical outcomes, or post-operative issues should be addressed directly with the surgeon or medical facility. Patient Responsibility & Informed Consent All patients are responsible for: Conducting their own research before choosing to undergo surgery. Understanding that all surgeries carry risks and that results may vary from patient to patient. Being fully aware of the potential risks, complications, and recovery process. Following the pre-operative and post-operative instructions provided by their surgeon. Ensuring they disclose all relevant medical history, including physical and mental health conditions, to their surgeon before surgery. Providing accurate and complete medical information to Clear Surgery and the medical provider. Failure to disclose relevant health conditions, medications, or previous surgeries may impact eligibility for treatment and surgical outcomes. If requested, providing additional medical documents, test results, or any other information required by the surgeon. Ensuring that all personal details, including identification and travel documents, are correct and up to date. Patients must be at least 18 years old to undergo surgery or make an inquiry regarding medical procedures. Patients must arrive on time for all agreed appointments, transfers, and check-ups. If any issues arise that may cause a delay, Clear Surgery must be informed as soon as possible. Payment & Refund Policy A deposit is required to secure a surgery date with the selected surgeon. Full payment must be made before the procedure, as per the agreed terms. Refunds are subject to the policies of the medical provider and are not the responsibility of Clear Surgery. If a procedure is canceled by the patient, refund eligibility will be determined on a case-by-case basis by the surgeon or hospital. Travel & Accommodation We assist with booking accommodation and airport transfers as part of our service package. Patients are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary travel documents (e.g., visas, passports). Any travel disruptions, visa rejections, flight cancellations, or other travel-related issues are outside the responsibility of Clear Surgery. Patients must inform us at the time of booking or at least two weeks in advance if they plan to have a companion. Failure to do so may result in additional charges. Post-Surgery Care & Liability We facilitate post-operative check-ups but are not liable for medical complications. Patients should report any post-surgery concerns directly to their surgeon. They may also inform us, and we will pass the concerns on to the surgeon for review. Clear Surgery is not responsible for revision surgeries, additional treatments, or corrective procedures required after the initial surgery. Any additional information provided by Clear Surgery regarding recovery, healing, or post-surgery care is for informational purposes only and should not be considered medical advice. Patients remain responsible for researching and following appropriate post-surgical care guidelines as advised by their surgeon. Communication & Conduct Policy Behaviour Expectations Patients are expected to treat all staff, medical professionals, and partners with respect throughout their journey, including at the hospital, hotel, and during VIP transfers. Any form of abusive, aggressive, or inappropriate behaviour towards staff, drivers, hotel personnel, or medical professionals will not be tolerated. Patients must follow the rules and regulations of the hospital and accommodation provided as part of their medical package. If a patient’s behaviour is deemed unacceptable, Clear Surgery reserves the right to terminate services, and any additional costs incurred due to misconduct will be the responsibility of the patient. Communication Policy Patients are expected to communicate professionally when contacting Clear Surgery via phone, email, WhatsApp, or any other messaging platforms. Rude, abusive, or inappropriate language will not be tolerated in any communication with our team. Clear Surgery aims to respond to all queries promptly, but response times may vary, especially outside regular business hours. While we assist with passing messages to the surgeon, medical concerns should be discussed directly with the surgeon. Patients should ensure all information provided via email, WhatsApp, or phone is accurate, including medical history and personal details. Governing Law & Jurisdiction These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Updates to These Terms Clear Surgery reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of these terms.
